From fresh faces to experienced professionals, each model will showcase exquisite designer collections with style and charisma, making a lasting impact on audiences and industry leaders. Their journey at International Fashion Week is more than just a runway appearance—it’s a chance to gain nationwide recognition, elevate their careers, and shine on a prestigious platform that reaches millions through OTT telecast. 

BENEFIT OF PARTICIPATION:

2) 2 ONLINE  CLASSES,
3) 2 DAY TRAINING CUM WORKSHOP BY NATIONAL INDUSTRY EXPERT

PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES: 

1) GENNXT : In this mostly fashion designing students, institute and start-up brands will be participating.

2)  UPCOMING : Experienced designer or brands, whose experience is less than 2 year will be showcasing.

3) PREMIUM :  As the name suggest, in this premium designers and brands will be participating for whom you will be walking the ramp.

TERMS & CONDITION :

1) Participants must provide valid identification and proof of age.

2) Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for models.

3) Participants must attend all scheduled rehearsals and fittings.

4) Punctuality is mandatory; repeated lateness may result in disqualification.

5) Participants are expected to behave professionally at all times.

6) Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.

7) Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances before or during the event is strictly forbidden.

8) Participants grant the organizers the right to use their name, brand, and visuals for promotional purposes.

9) The Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged garments.

10) Social media promotion is encouraged, with provided event hashtags and guidelines

          FOR MODELS:

  • Designers must present a collection that meets the Event’s theme and quality standards.

  • Personal alterations to assigned outfits are not permitted.

  • Models must return all wardrobe items in good condition after the event.

           FOR DESIGNERS: (RUNWAY)

  • Models must comply with the styling, wardrobe, and grooming guidelines provided by the Event.

  • The number of looks per collection will be specified in advance.

  • Collections must be original and not infringe upon any copyright or trademark.

  • Designers are responsible for transportation, maintenance, and security of their collection.

  • Backstage and dressing area rules must be strictly followed.

  • Organizers will provide dressing assistants, but designers must oversee final presentation.


  • FOR STALL: (EXHIBITORS)

  • Exhibitors must ensure that all displays are safe and do not obstruct pathways.

  • Models must return all wardrobe items in good condition after the event.

  • Sale of goods and services must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Organizers reserve the right to inspect and approve exhibited products.

  • Exhibitors must adhere to designated setup and dismantling timelines.

  • Any modifications to assigned booths must be pre-approved by the organizers
